I’m a product manager and writer based in London.
I’ve spent over thirteen years in healthcare — first in pharma consulting, working on drug pricing strategies for global pharma companies, then as a product manager building digital health tools that bring clinical care into people’s homes, helping patients recover and reduce hospital readmissions. I’ve worked for both Fortune 100 companies and leading UK health tech startups.
At some point I started applying product thinking to my own life. The frameworks I use at work — Build-Measure-Learn, A/B testing, Kanban — turned out to be surprisingly useful outside of the office. I turned these ideas into a book. That book, One to Infinity, will be out in 2026.
As a writer, I explore the intersection of product thinking and human development. I’m interested in how we can improve our lives using systems – tracking our behaviour, examining it, learning and adjusting. You can follow my writing on Substack.
When I’m not working or writing, I travel. Sixteen years of backpacking through Latin America — from Mexico City to Tierra del Fuego — have shaped me more than any job or degree. Along the way I found Borges, Cortázar and Lispector, who’ve stayed with me ever since.
The ideas in One to Infinity also inform my workshop and speaking work. I’m available for training and talks on applying product thinking to personal development. If you’d like to talk, do reach out.
